We will be CLOSED Friday, Jan. 19 due to continued icy travel conditions. All morning and afternoon clinic and procedure appointments will be rescheduled.

Prescription pick up will be available in Suite 400 from 10am – 3pm Friday for patients whose appointments were canceled this week due to weather.
