Our office will be CLOSED Thursday, Jan. 18 due to hazardous road conditions across the Tennessee Valley.

All clinic and procedure patients will be rescheduled.

Patients whose appointments were canceled due to this week’s weather closures can pick up prescriptions between 11a – 3p today in suite 400.
